In many worlds that are overflowing with life, there is one absolute dread that every organism must beware and adapt to. Called by much larger beings as viruses, these tiny organisms bring untold disasters even to those that are much more evolved than they are. Fast replicating, evolving, mutating and destroying. These holo-parasites are destructive microscopic machines without souls. At least that was what it was thought to be. Ner'zhul, the Lich King, saw this marvel of nature, and decided to bend it to his will. Creating a plague to bring destruction upon the humans worked amazingly in the recent war, raising sheer terror and embedding it's mark upon the land by changing it's name to Plaguelands forever. Virulla, was the Lich King's first experiment on the plague of Lordaeron, before he discovered that wheat and barley could also be used as a host for the virus. However, the chimera that was created to spread the disease grabbed the soul of the nearest Necromancer under Ner'zhul's command, and elven soul named Ashken Enola. Memory wiped and confused by a non-elven body, the being took upon the name of Virulla and escaped the frozen desert, to fight it again so that it may take revenge on it's unholy creation, unaware of it's dark past.
Crystallize (T)
Viruses are known for their unique tendency to be 'dead' when they are not in contact with living beings. That is why, to endure harsh conditions, they crystallize. Virulla, in her incarnate form, can still retain her ability to solidify to form a crystal out of herself. She has a chance to become dormant when she is attacked. She will receive reduced damage and will deal reduced damage in this state. After some damage is done, her crystal structure will break, releasing her true power, revitalized and ready to kill. 9% chance of triggering when attacked. [Orb Effect]
Level 1 - Virulla will receive 80% of damage (after armor/spell reduction) and damage dealt by Virulla is reduced by 50% upon crystallization. After 50 damage is received (before reducing with crystallize) or 10 seconds have passed, she will have 30% increased attack speed for 2 attacks. Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 2 - Virulla will receive 60% of damage (after armor/spell reduction) and damage dealt by Virulla is reduced by 40% upon crystallization. After 100 damage is received (before reducing with crystallize) or 10 seconds have passed, she will have 60% increased attack speed for 3 attacks. Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 3 - Virulla will receive 40% of damage (after armor/spell reduction) and damage dealt by Virulla is reduced by 30% upon crystallization. After 150 damage is received (before reducing with crystallize) or 10 seconds have passed, she will have 90% increased attack speed for 4 attacks. Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 4 - Virulla will receive 10% of damage (after armor/spell reduction) and damage dealt by Virulla is reduced by 20% upon crystallization. After 200 damage is received (before reducing with crystallize) or 10 seconds have passed, she will have 120% increased attack speed for 5 attacks. Lasts 10 seconds.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: 12
Framework: You have a small red frostbite framework on you when crystallize is triggered. Crystallize does not show to enemy units. When the shield breaks, a red lightning bolt (similar to the ones created when Harbinger casts Sanity Eclipse) smashes on you.
Notes: A passive that will help with survival. If you are lucky, helps evade spells.
Blue Plague (E)
Virulla was created from the virus that plagued Lordaeron. In the time that has passed, Virulla mutated rapidly and evolved into an intelligent virus, called the Blue Plague. This virus can distinguish between friend or foe organisms, and enhances the DNA or damages it by injecting it's own DNA into the foe. However, the infestation takes time, but the impact is greater if the body is forced to divide cells to regenerate, spreading the virus in the process. Heals or damages any unit infested at the end of the spell spell by the percentage of damage received during the spell or a fixed damage (whichever is higher.) Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 1 - Damages for 85 damage, or 5% of received damage. Heals for 70 HP or 3% pf received damage.
Level 2 - Damages for 135 damage, or 11% of received damage. Heals for 100 HP or 7% of received damage.
Level 3 - Damages for 200 damage, or 17% of received damage. Heals for 155 HP or 10% of received damage.
Level 4 - Damages for 265 damage, or 23% of received damage. Heals for 210 HP or 15% of received damage.
Mana Cost: 100/130/165/205
Cooldown: 18
Damage/heal cap is 600 damage. The plague is contagious. A hero can spread this plague to nearby allies in 150 range, or by attacking an enemy unit. Can be cast on an ally or an enemy hero. When a unit is infected, the damage it receives is counted. At the 10th second, the percentage of that received damage is calculated. If it's lower than the fixed value, it heals/damages the unit in the fixed value. If the percentage is higher, that percentage is the damage/heal. If Virulla is under the effect of Crystallize and is infected, the damage received will be calculated before Crystallize reduces damage taken. Heals allies and damages enemies. If this spell is cast while some heroes are still under the effect of the previous cast, those are ended prematurely.
Framework: A blue orb (similar to Curse of the Silent) constantly grows up to thrice the size of the orb, then explodes like a mini world tree when the duration is reached.
Notes: A great synergy with super AoE ultis. A team heal and a huge damage at once.
Infector (R)
Virulla is composed out of a mass of virus. She can pump viral blood to her claws to intensify her damage, and to infect her enemies. If infection is successful, the enemy mutates upon death, becoming a wretched being under Virulla's control. Drains mana until deactivated.
Level 1 - Adds 8 damage per strike. 10% chance to infest an opponent for 3 seconds. If the unit dies under the effect, an Infested Mutant is spawned. Only one mutant can be spawned at one time. 10 mana/sec until deactivated.
Level 2 - Adds 16 damage per strike. 20% chance to infect an opponent for 3 seconds. If the unit dies under the effect, an Plagued Mutant is spawned. Only one mutant can be spawned at one time. 12 mana/sec until deactivated.
Level 3 - Adds 24 damage per strike. 30% chance to infect an opponent for 3 seconds. If the unit dies under the effect, an Plagued Mutant is spawned. Only two mutants can be spawned at one time. 14 mana/sec until deactivated.
Level 4 - Adds 35 damage per strike. 40% chance to infect an opponent for 3 seconds. If the unit dies under the effect, an Monstrous Mutant is spawned. Only two mutants can be spawned at one time. 16 mana/sec until deactivated.
Mana Cost: 5
Cooldown: N/A
Infested Mutant had 550 HP, 15-30 piercing damage. Range of 300. 10% chance to infect on each attack for 5 seconds. Plagued Mutant had 700 HP, 22-37 piercing damage. Range of 300. 20% chance to infect on each attack for 5 seconds. Monstrous Mutant had 850 HP, 28-43 piercing damage. Range of 300. 30% chance to infect on each attack for 5 seconds. Mutants can also create mutants. When another mutant is created, the oldest one dies. Mutants have 1.5 attack speed. Mutants lasts for 20 seconds. Can be dominated and transmuted (108/157/206 gold) Mutants can be used to create Pestilence clouds.
Framework: Virulla has poisoned framework. If the enemy is infested, it also has the poisoned framework.
Notes: A way to push, increase your low base damage and have additional DPS. Greatly countered with Hand of Midas.
Pestilence of War (W)
Virulla, as a being of viral mass, has learned how to cultivate viral beings that enhance their living host, as a part of evolution from parasitism to mutualism. Virulla cultures a special airborne virus in a form of a cloud that infects anything that it contacts. If there are any Mutant's on the map, Virulla can use their bodies to spread this virus. Units effected by the pestilence clouds receive damage, even after some time they move away from them, have their locations revealed to Virulla and her allies and have reduced attack damage due to fatigue. After a cloud deals certain amount of damage, it duplicates itself. Clouds dissipate after 15 seconds.
Level 1 - Summons one cloud. Most of 3 clouds at one time. Pestilence cloud causes Plagued status which deals 35 dps, reveals location to the enemy and reduces attack damage by 10%. Lasts as long as the unit remains in the pestilence cloud and 5 seconds after it leaves. Damage from different clouds does not stack. Clouds duplicate after it deals a total of 500 damage. Clouds effect range is 200.
Level 2 - Summons one cloud. Most of 4 clouds at one time. Pestilence cloud causes Plagued status which deals 40 dps, reveals location to the enemy and reduces attack damage by 20%. Lasts as long as the unit remains in the pestilence cloud and 5 seconds after it leaves. Damage from two clouds may stack. Clouds duplicate after it deals a total of 420 damage.Clouds effect range is 250.
Level 3 - Summons two clouds. Most of 5 clouds at one time. Pestilence cloud causes Plagued status which deals 55 dps, reveals location to the enemy and reduces attack damage by 30%. Lasts as long as the unit remains in the pestilence cloud and 6 seconds after it leaves. Damage from three clouds may stack. Clouds duplicate after it deals a total of 360 damage.Clouds effect range is 300.
Level 4 - N/A
Mana Cost: 120/160/180
Cooldown: 95/70/45
The clouds are controllable, invulnerable and move with a movespeed of 250. If hey are not manually controlled, they will wander around the area they were placed on. If there are any mutants in the map (Even enemy dominated ones) they are turned into pestilence clouds. If there are more clouds than allowed, the oldest one will disperse to make room for the new one. Plagued status reveals the enemy to 200 (day and night)
Framework: Black transparent smokescreens (Rikkimaru's) float. Affected units have Weaver's attack missiles (the spiders) circulating around them
Notes: A way to deal passive 165 dps, even after opponent leaves and area and also a good way to still chase them using the sight. Also reduces a lot of damage dealt by opponents.
Story
During the preparation of the last war, Ner'zhul knew he had to find a way to tackle with the budding human population. He had a perfect plan, one that would bolster his ranks and deteriorate the humans to the brink of extinction. He would spread a plague to prepare for his coming. He knew how disease broke the will, the blade and the thread of life. And so he ordered his mages, the corrupt mages of Dalaran who seeked power in his dark malevolance. Kel'thuzad, one of his most promising subordinates have engineered the virus necessary for the goal. The virus would attack the nervous tissue and destroy the body's link with the soul, rendering it a useful shell for the Lich King to control. The victim would fall asleep, and then die. (Unfortunately, this came peacefully) But the mages needed a method, how could this being survive the transportation. It needed a host to be carries, and they did not live for long. A host would not survive the trip from Northrend to Lordaeron. And eve if it did living hosts were hard to come by. Most of the things that still has a beating heart despised the great Ner'zhul and would never act for him unless they were killed. His precious Necromancers were too scarce to use as hosts. No there had to be another way . . .
Ashken Enola, an elven Necromancer (a rarity indeed) stumbled upon the great Dragon Vault of the Blue Dragonflight, the magic masters. Upon reading hardly and stealthily obtained texts, she devised a way to bind the virus to one incarnate being, they would create a chimera of viruses rather than living cells or beings. A complex feat indeed. Ashken Enola rushed to the Lich King at once, with this recent discovery.
The Lich King was satisfied with the findings, and research started at once, with Ashken Enola taking the lead. Many Northren savages were killed, taken apart, mutated, modified to obtain data for the integration. After the final seal was placed and the last rune was drawn, the binding spell was initiated. Something, however, went wrong. The viral mass formed a body, despicable, loathing and repulsive. And like all organisms, it longed for a soul. Ashken Ebola, was standing on the summoning circle, and she was too close. Her soul was drawn out of the Necromancer's leak body and placed in the deviant creature. Losing all memory due to the shock, the elven soul glanced at her own body and ran with the impulse of disgust. Not remembering her name, only some faint echo of it, she called herself Virulla, and roamed the wilds, from Northrend to Kalimdor only to be found by Malfurion Stormrage. At first, threatened by the abomination, he prepared to destroy her, but her hatred for the Lich King for what he has done, and the elven language between them soothed Malfurion's prejudice. Now Virulla, or Ashken Enola, longs revenge on the Frozen Throne, unaware of the gruesome facts that will confront her once she faces her source of hatred.
And the real irony is, one of the Lick King's other Necromancers were on his way to stop Ashken Enola's researches, on the discovery that the virus could be hosted and carried harmlessly by shipments of grain and wheat, and needed to be ingested to spread.

The ultimate is a bit weak.. You should raise it a little.. Story is not everything.. You should put effort at the skills too, not just at history of your character.. Well, for the good side.. This hero is kinda unique FOR ME..
It's like ogre, an int hero but with an agility prominent stat, suited perfectly for late game (With some additional HP)
The reason why the ulti seems weak is that beause it is passive, and immolation from different clouds stack. So it's looking at a potential 120 dps at level 3, which is pretty good for a passive. But I'll buff it up, just in case.

Well done, I like the concept. I have a few questions and comments, however.
1. The way I see it, any intelligent team is simply going to walk around Crystalize, and be careful not to come within 150 AoE, leaving me to sit there disabled for 10 seconds like an idiot. The AoE is simply too small to get caught in. The only way they are going to attack is if they have an advantage in doing so. (i.e. they are going to kill my whole team so they really don't care about the virus).
I also think your example for Crystalize is wrong, it shows 90% damage reduction, if I'm not mistaken, when the final level is 80%. Is the "true" damage reducued by armor and magic reduction for the purposes of this skill? What I mean by that is, if I take 400 magic damage before Crystalize and have a hood of defiance, am I only counted to have taken 280 damage, so Crystalize does not activate?
2. The second skill is pretty cool. Include the duration in the actual skill description, not the notes, since it is an integral part of the skill, and a player won't have access to notes or framework.
3. I'm guessing Infector is NOT an orb effect?
4. Sorry, rh4sp is right, that ultimate is weak, even as a passive. You don't want to use an ultimate to farm, and that's really all its good for. 2 passives and a (IMO) useless first skill leave this hero unable to help the team out, because the hero's passives, unlike Leoric's, for example, don't work towards the goal of team pushing. I understand where you were going with the high AGI to proc passives. However, to me, this idea is still better than 90% of the ideas out there because you actually explained the skills intelligently.
All in all, great job, I wouldn't worry too much about this hero, but IMO first skill and ultimate need a rework.

I was thinking of doing crystallize a passive, something like a chance to reduce damage when attacked by some seconds and after blocking is done, you recieve heightened attack speed.
And I think the ultimate will be a summon, greater dps and another added effect. Also, when you summon it, your mutants will also become pestilences.

I like the idea that it's an melee int, with high agi never seen before
The mutants made by Enfector, how much gold do they give if you use hand of midas? there is only 3 numbers?

There are only 3 tyoe of mutants, the wrd level of thespell does not create a new level of mutants, but enables virulla to control 2 mutants at one time.
