lol, Azzie for me, the problem is meepo will only get his 4 illusions at lvl 16, as for azzie he can start producing illusions at lvl 1 with juxtapose (if the chance favors him) not to speak harrasing with his spirit lance, and also Azzie has an evasion, also with manta, every illusion drains mana from meepo, so the way he can't spam his nets

see with azzie you can focus on a clone from the begaining of the fight, when meepo doesnt know wut to hit. that why azzie wins.

well for those two heroes,
azwraith will win..
early on he has more advantage, go for the kill early, buy a perseverance then go use his spirit lance, deals 300 plus damage.. ouch.. he can produce his clones a bit faster and earlier so he can gain gold and can push towers earlier..
he has much higher damage and has an escpae skill..

meepo has like what to start? his net is not that good if he has no doubles yet and he can't kill azwraith with his slow coz azwraith has windwalk.. too bad. and meepo doesnt have the farming capabilities..

meepo's items would be.. manta, vladimir, cuirass, mekansm, linken, treads..

azwraith would have these items by now: manta, cuirass, radiance, blfy, treads, heart.

Poof might take down Azzie's illusions but mid game he has a really high chance of getting illusions not to mention that Azzie's illusions can make more illusions..lol. But you can always just dopple walk and get more illusions!

Azwraith will beat Meepo.
