Description:
A long time ago, in a land far far away, there was a dungeon with a malevolent necromancer residing within. This "nasty necro" had a habit of raising skeleton warriors every time someone entered his dungeon. Unfortunately for him, the Scourge sent Pugna to go deal with the Necromancer. After defeating him with a beautiful Decrepify+Dagon combo, he took the head of the "not-so-nasty-no-more necro" and made a Nether Ward out of it. Since they run out in 40 seconds, he didn't keep it for long.

Amount of damage taken (Not deducted by any type of resistance; the pure original damage) on procurrence of Nasty Negation: N
HP: 50 + (N x 1.5)
Damage (Type Hero): MIN: 10 + (0.25 x N) MAX: 15 + (0.25 x N)
Movement Speed: 200 + (1 x N)
Base Attack Speed: 1.45
Armor (Type Hero): 2
Nasty Skeletons last for 60 seconds. Is a summoned creature and is affected by purge.
Example:
You are hit by a tower for 100 Seige Damage. Because this is not reduced, N = 100
Nasty Skeleton will have:
50 + 150 = 200 HP
MIN 10 + 25 = 35 Damage MAX 15 + 25 = 40 Damage
200 + 100 Movement Speed
1.45 Base Attack Speed
2 Armor
Nasty Neurotics (Buff):
Gives Nasty Skeleton :
+50% Attack Speed
+20% Movement Speed
+40% Damage Taken
Item Discussion:
Not really much to discuss, but here goes...
Nasty Totem is basically a tank pusher item. It gives tanks that generally don't have much normal attack power (Centaur, Axe, Dark Seer, Rooftrellen, etc.) a source of disposable minions that are great for leveling creep waves, doing short pushes, and killing towers. The buff is for tower killing, or hero killing. While the hero/tower/whatever is focusing on you, the main tank, you are giving your skeletons extra bonus attack output in exchange for damage taken, which you are taking for them.
Nasty Skeletons are pretty nice. They can be relatively weak to very strong based on the damage you take, and have hero attack and hero armor, which means an automatic 25% spell reduction , and full damage to other heroes!
Nasty Skeletons also are awesomely circumstantial. Some heroes rely on attacks that deal very high damage, but sometimes at a slow rate. Such heroes include Mortred (Crit), Tiny (Base Attack), Kunkka (Passive), and Earthshaker (Enchant Totem). If on the off chance you are hit by a 500 damage Mortred critical, you have yourself a VERY strong Nasty Skeleton for 60 seconds. The only downside is that Nasty Skeletons are summoned creatures, and if on the off chance you get a powerful one, it can be purged.
Nasty Totem itself gives pretty decent stats, as well. The extra HP, regeneration, and armor are great for tanking, which the Nasty Totem is all about. The Vanguard's passive block chance, however, is removed.

This item on axe would be hillarious! A lot of skeletons would appear for sure. You should cap the number of skeletons because of that.

This item would be awesome on axe. realy cool and you use call just as you have lots of them to ensure the enemy doesnt destroy them. bit complicated though
