[Godzilla Challenge Entry] Sword of Pain

Sword of Pain

The sword was once used by the Skeleton Undead. Now this cursed sword brings pain to everyone slashed by the bearer.

Price: 4000 gold

Requirements:
Broadsword (1200)
Ogre Axe (1000)
Sword of Pain recipe scroll (1800)

Gives:
+18 damage
+10 strength

Passive: Last Breath
When the bearer kills a unit it has 20% chance to gain 15 bonus damage. Cap of 60 bonus damage. Lasts 10 sec.

Counts denies, creeps, heroes, Ancients
Doesn't count buildings and Roshan and siege units

Active: Painful Slash
Targets an enemy slashing it with brute force, stunning the target for 2.5 sec dealing 75 damage.
Similiar like Davion's Dragon Tail.

Manacost: 125
Cooldown: 30

Discussion

This item is good for many gankers, it gives damage, attribute (which you can choose), good passive spell (great for heavy last-hitter), and a good active spell. The Painful Slash is a lethal weapon to disable.

This is my entry to Godzilla Challenge, and it's my first idea. So if you think it's too imba, dull, weak, etc.. yeah, that's my skill. :p
Oh and I lost the challenge. T.T

12/04/09: Removed Blade of Alachrity and Staff of Wizardry from item requirement, changed active skill, lowered % chance of Last Breath, lowered manacost and cooldown, edited discussion.

Why is it too IMBA?

And why three of the primary attribute +10 bonus item? Why not the belt only?

i dunno whether it's imba or not

and you can get either ogre axe, blade of alacrity OR staff of wizardry (just like treads)
but think of changing it (not now :p)

Make it actually give you +10 Str/Agi/Int based-on-the-item-used.

Painful Slash is too powerful, its better than Culling Blade lvl1 but a stun too..?

actually, the painful slash will instantly kill the target if it has below 350hp (349, 348...)
but if the target has 350hp or more, it wont take damage, just got stunned for 1.5 sec.
why is it imba?

yeah, considering changing the item requirement :p

350 damage is alot. for a item skill. since below 350 means pure damage. not counting magic resistance and stuff, it is much better than dagon. and uses only 150 mana.

hm.. but if the target has more than 349hp, it will deal no damage..

still considering increasing the manacost. :p

Still it's more IMBA.

It's just like culling blade but stronger.

even if they have more than 350 hp then its still a stun meaning they would most likely die anyways.

yeah. but i've asked ghost about this, and he said that there will be no major change (like damage, manacost, etc..) for a submitted idea..

its 4k.. u can have the damage of relic + a stun or axe ulti for 4k
compared to the relic and active skill i think its pretty imba @_@
