All the skill hotkeys were done with http://www.drjones.dk/customkeys/. It's very easy to use, and always seems to be updated with the latest version, whereas Warkeys is not. I recommend going there.

DrJones also comes with a inventory remapper, however I don't like to use it because it doesn't seem to let you shift que items, so if you want that functionality I recommend using http://warkeys.sourceforge.net/. Warkeys comes with two programs, an interactive hotkey remapper (much like DrJones) and an Autowarkey script. The only reason we're downloading Warkeys is for the AutoWarkey script, we are not even going to open "Warkeys".

For all units (split pandas, summoned units, neutrals), if they have a single spell it is hotkey Q regardless of its location on the grid. When you level up and you have a skill point to expend the hotkey for that is G, which is also the hotkey to level stats as you can see above, so be aware of that.

Last time I didn't feel like I really had an elegant arrangement of Invokers spells. This time I think I did a fairly good job at it. As far as I remember Quas spells are YHN, Wex spells are UJM, and Exort spells are IKO. Defeaning Blast is T. In any case this doesn't really matter as you can change the hotkeys easily yourself.

F2 is top mia.
F3 is mid mia.
F4 is bot mia.
F5, enter, and esc all toggle the script. You'll hear a beep when the script gets toggled. Enter toggles it so when you type to your allies it's not all garbled and doesn't l33k l2ke 3hi5.

Alt+respective location on the grid toggles autocast, which is actually pretty useful for heroes like Puck and Morphling. I forgot to test autocast but I'm pretty sure it's working.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

This is your CustomKeys.txt file. Download this and put it in your Warcraft III folder. Ensure Custom Hotkeys is checked in your Warcraft 3 settings under Gameplay or this isn't going to work. Now you have customized hotkeys.

2. http://warkeys.sourceforge.net/

Download Warkeys.

3. http://www.mediafire.com/?jndmzkjtnyi

Download my AutoWarkey script.

4. Open up AutoWarkey, click open, navigate to my config file you just downloaded, then click Save and run Script (towards the bottom). Now you can close AutoWarkey. As long as you have the little grunt in your taskbar, you know it's working.

That's all, hope I could help someone, please tell me about any problems you might encounter and I'll answer any questions as best I can.

Set up crow and chick hotkeys.

cool...I've seen some pros do this...in some tourneys, they bring with them some usb-s and they get that autowarkey thingy then they go press z then meka suddenly activates...I go "wtf did he do" because his mouse was nowhere near the mekansm and he didn't press the numkey for meka...Then I remembered that he got the autowarkey thingy from his usb...cool...I hope that pro nevermore players get this autowarkey thingy (and I hope they change the 1,2,3 to z,x,c) so they can say goodbye to their accurate shadowrazes hahaha xD

I use a very boring shift+qwaszx setup for items and that's it. :P
I don't want to relearn the entire game again!
FYI, I think for the autocast thing, there's some way to move your cursor back to its original position so it's as if it's been activated instantaneously. I've seen it done, but I've never done it myself, so don't ask me for details.
