ok that's something i really dont get. How can ulfsaar be a range hero when his attack range is around or is, at melee range?

Damn all these werid game mechanics or however that's spelled... Anyway which item do you think is better for ulfsaar? blink dagger or lothars edge?... Cost wise i'd go for blink but lothars is quite nice aswell...

I prefer range to the melee one since it will of course much better in farming and harassing early and mid game. And also I choose a range-agility hero so that he can be useful until late game.

I love ranged DPS heroes personally because they can hit fast and hard without getting hit once and because they can be useful the entire game.

The thing is in melee vs ranged, ranged has massive advantage at the start, and if they can constantly keep out leveling them, they will have the game won, but if they dont and the melee is around same level and has enough cash ,decent character and the player has skills then it will most likely be melee's win.
