hmmm... you can kill roshan in WTF fast using.... warlock and rhasta.. and any hero's with manta style...

I have killed Roshan with Lifestealer on a 1v1 battle with an AI.

almost every hero except for INT heroes (few exeptions) can kill roshan alone, although most of there heroes are dependant of late game items.
The hero will need Evasion, Lifesteal (Vladimirs offering + Satanic) (maybe overkill but atleast satanic) and a decent attack speed. I find it easy to kill Roshan with Juggernaut Very Happy

True. Anyone can kill Roshan given the right items. But usually Nai'x (my fave)would be the best if you say 1 on 1.

Any permabasher like naix or void can kill him or skeleton king can kill him with lots of attack speed, damage and lifesteal from satanic and vladmirs

The best hero to kill Roshan alone is naix because of his huge lifesteal, attack and move speed.Second is Ulfsaar because of his fury wipes.Finally Sniper is good too.
Heros that can't solo Roshan even with 6 divines:any illusion creator like Phantom Lancer and Naga siren.Also intelligence heros won't really hurt him...
