1.Juggernaught - 1v1 (omni+frenzy no one can withstand)
2.Troll Warload - UNLIMITED BASH too much aspd
3.Venomacer - poison nova, shadow strike, poison sting - dead?
4.naix - SELF EXPLANATORY
5.mortred - late-game, crit is highest damaging in the whole game

First of all you didnt say if the heroes should cooperate or not but actually that wouldnt change things.
My top 5:
1)Viper......
2)Enchantress
3)Omniknight
4)Bloodseeker
5)Balanar (why didnt anyone suggest this hero???)

@ salzoris - i think you meant MORTRED not MOTRED well mortred is another name for phantom assasin

Perma stun = perma ownage :0

1. magina( now why is it that nobody think about him )...
2. abaddon( clearly one of the best tanks in the game )...
3. doom...
4. balanar...
5. aggron( coolest ulti ever^_^, in my opinion anyways^_^)...

Id choose for:
-Viper (Pure mof0cking pwnage)
-Bloodseeker (Rupture + Blood thirst ( or whatever makes u go faster if enemy has low hp))
-Enchantress (omg lol pwnage with a blink dagger, if they run u can do +400dmg!)
-Balanar (can make a night last a helluva long time and pwn a lot!)
-Traxex (if played properly she can do insane dmg)

top 5 anti-viper heroes

1) enchantress (untouchable makes viper cry xD xD)
2) bane (enfeeble renders viper useless)
3) abaddon (borrow time + shield = viper strike heal = viper cry)
4) tide hunter (kraken shell has a chance to diable viper strike)
5) doombringer (viper does not have enough hp for doom)

-Traxex frost arrows+big dmg
-Morphling waveform=escape+big dmg,2nd spell big agility=big dmg
-Enchantress slows very much with ulti,impetus is good for running balanar
-Venomancer shadow+ulti =certain kill
-Crixalis easy combo,multi kill=gold,exp

Oi...my top 5 hero is diff from every1 here..
Mine is:
1. BALANAR...The best eva HUNTER (night)..UNSTOPPABLE
2. KARDEL...IAS and mix wiv skill 2/3...UNSTOPPABLE
3. LUCIFER..HIGH hp...damn..a vey effective tank!!!
4. NAIX...AMAZING skills (lifesteal,slow,ias/ims) ALSo RAGE!!!1
5. MAGINA...damn as long as u need mana..ur DEAD!!!

Different from all post here but you know...every one has diff type of plays...especiall me!!1
