Story

During the Second War,dark shamans made this weapon to drain mana energies of their enemies.

Recipe

Mystic Staff-2900
Energy Booster-1000
Sadistic Recipe Scroll-1100
Total-5000

Gives
+30 Intelligence
+300 Mana
Passive-Mana Steal
Makes the hero be able to steal mana.Steals mana equal of %25 of the damage.
Passive-Replenish Mana
Whenever the hero makes a spell,there is %25 chance to replenish mana equal of 1.75x mana used for that spell.

Weak item..

Since INT heroes GENERALLY have low base damage, nor do they rely on their attacks.

Too expensive for a 'mana/mp' item only. No HP boosting or damage addition at all..
