Bara's glitch, I can buy. There's pretty much no way to fake it.

Luna's glitch, I'm a little more hesitant because of the aforementioned reasons, and the obvious way to fake it. However, I'm not completely discrediting it, and admit it might be possible.

Nonetheless, I'm sure Icefrog will investigate and fix.

Ya the Luna 1 i'm sure he's using collided map.
Nowadays more and more cheap players are using collided map.
Many heroes have infinite ulti..
And imba spells...
And the map contains oso maphack facility. Hysterical
