nice list but i think u forgot to put assault cuirass.it best with armor lowering heroes like slardar and nevermore .razil also can use bfury to the max.

I think this isnt very :/

Sorry but i m being honest.

Because it is mostly listing which hero's skill is similar to the item ability. Like MKB in sniper with hes headshot. (they dont stack btw) Also, heart on Centaur. Centaur isnt the best heart user actually. with 2000hp, 1 heart actually only provide about half defence compared to 15armor against physical attacks.

And deso on Slardar is similar. Just because he have amplify damage. Any lifesteal / damage item could make very good use of it :/

I think u have to change it a little. Like adding some hereos (those with ability which gives high damage / have a chance to do sth eg. FV, SB, Tidehunter etc) for Mask of Madness.

Hope my comment is useful. because i rarely see SOME items being used at all on those heroes.

Mkb stacks with snipers mini stun effect..
I don't think there can be the best heart user because ursa needs it for obvious different reasons (eventhough he's agi hero) but can be just as effective..
The table isn't all filled out but this was made a long time ago so you'll have to give him a break.
He put items according to how they synergise with the hero's other passive/active abilities which is a great way to make an item build

i think bashing heroes should buy attack speed (with some damage of cos) and high damage should buy damage. not pump att speed or dmg.
Meaning add sth which make good use of a good skill of yours, not enhancing it, for eg Skeleton king, buying more damage, is definitly better than getting loads of lifesteal (vlad + satanic) which is low damage , because u cannot forget about the crit!
