How far have you gone just to play DOTA?

for you what have you done for the sake of playing dota? site some examples about this topic hope you guys post alot of replies..

1. Haven't eaten the whole day just to play with my friends.
2. Ditched my last ex because she doenst want me playing DOTA and she made me choose, well as you see i chose playing DOTA.
3. Spent a minimum of 3.5k per day just to satsify and go around alot of computer shops just to look for more experienced players to play DOTA with.
4. Haven't slept for at about 48 hours thinking... "What should i buy first? Sange or Yasha?"
5. Wasted every cent of my money to play with my friends almost everyday.
6. Skipped working periods just to play DOTA.
7. Went to a provincial place just to bet 4k per head, 5vs5 and won the game just to prove how good my teamsupporting skills are.
8. Told my ex i dont play DOTA anymore just to get back at her. (which is we all know is a lie)
9. Lost 1k over a bet what is the correct name of Drow ranger. "is it Traxex or Travex?"
10. Lost the urge for s** and had the insatiable hunger to play DOTA instead. haha

Dude that's um, way way out of what I can do!

Actually, the most gruesome thing I did was sleep at 4am playing over the net, and that's it. I love my gf and I would never choose DotA over her. And I don't like betting too, since I'm a very bad gambler. (I never win.)

At the netcafe that used to be in our town, He used to run "All Nighters" when you pay and play all night.

Hmm..

Went overnight for 2 days at my friend's house eating nothing but lugaw and snack and not taking a bath [2days] just for DotA.

yeah i went to that net cafe jake said. i went overnight. ( 7pm-7am) then when i got home i went on the comp for 4 hours then fell asleep. so thats 16 hours. WOOT!

only done 24 hours of DotA on a computer shop (the shop is 24 hours open)...

no eating...

then gone to work the next day...

Me and my friends occsionally hold 'Hero-Perfection' sessions where we pick a random hero and keep playing non-stop until everyone is pro at that hero. It doesn't always work as we either need food to live or get very bored. Luckily we have tonnes of pizza. These usually go for about 3 days before anyone needs sleep.

Those overnights were called "Training Camps".
