Beginner item choice

Hm... anyone could give me tips about what to buy in the game? because I tend to waste my money on useless stuff such as (go on, laugh) Mekansm on Rikimaru etc. >_> also what to buy in the beginning, before creep waves start spawning...

anyone would like to play with me? ^_^

Basics.

A Ring of Regen, maybe circlets and/or ironwood branches, and consumables if needed.

Mekanasm on Rikimaru? Not a bad idea actually.

come on it sux it gives no boost anyway... I was using it for killstealing, blinkstrike enemy, kill and mekansm to avoid being killed by tower...

but..

I saw MAAAAANYYYYYY people going Boots of Speed first... advantages/disadvantages of that?

Recommended items early (before creeps spawning): choice 1 ( 1 ring of regeneration (RoR) + 3 potion clarity/ 2 ironwood branches); choice 2 ( 1chicken + 4 ironwood branches + 1 tango of essifation) or you can deside wisely among these: RoR, branch, circlet nobility, clarity, flask, tango, ring of basilius, chicken, or sometimes gaunlet of ogre, mantle inteligence, sliper agi or rarely (in special case) boots.

I don't get boots immediately. It's kinda useless. I'd rather get some bracers, ring of regen or ring of basilius. Sometimes also a chicken.

get stat's booster'd first (bracers, band and talisman)
then get a ring of regen/ring of basilus and some branches

get boot of speed at 7 yo 8(for hero hunting and escaping)

i usually go either boots+ring of regen, or depending on my hero, regen+chicken or sobi mask+chicken

I don't always spend lots of money before creeps spawn,i usually take only what i know i need( 2 ironwood branches OR a bracer Maybe null talisman but not all of them) i try to keep money for big items.

NEVER GET BOOTS FIRST! It's such a noob thing to do. The only person to buy boots with is.....Juggernaut. Use them to chase with blade fury. I get 2x RoR and 2x Tangos or just one.

Are Ironwood Branches good? Why?

I don't understand why ironwood braches are good. It only gives +1 to all stats...But that's all! what's the use of them? Disappointed

added stat for 57 gold

lets say i already have 4 charges of tangos and a basillus/RoR

and left a 114 gold

i'd rather get 2 branches for added stats and damage

that gives added 2 damage and stats for a left over money...

Don't underestimate a stat boost. For example, You'll be wasting your money buying a Circlet (which give +2) while 3 Ironwood Branches are cheaper and are +3. Besides, it's not as if you'll be going for the bigger recipes early on. Just sell your Ironwoods when you're ready.

Personally, If 5 v 5, I go for RoR, tangos (or flask), chicken and 2 or 3 ironwoods.
