Another question on Dragon Knight... Plzz answer me

I understand that "LIFESTEAL" items only affect the "MAIN TARGET" of DK's lvl 3 dragon form and also does the "SPLASH DAMAGE" But can both "LIFESTEAL" and "FROST EFFECT" of DK's lvl dragon form affect the single target unit?? Please, I need some answers... Confused Confused Confused
