Magi's Skull
The Magi's Skull, a relic considered almost holy by the scholars of Dalaran, robbed from the vaults and graves of the magic city's halls, this skull has been recovered for use in the great war. It allows users to temper their armor and regenerate their flesh, but its most potent ability is that in which it can channel excess magic into powerful bursts of magic.

I'll keep my explanation short and simple. This item is very similar to Earthshaker's Aftershock. It grants a minor damage boost, along with some armor and regen. The passive is very good for chain nukers, including Pugna, Zeus, and Lina. It provides those in need of a disable with a potential stun, along with a decent damage boost.

This item...hm...it would make Dagger a very viable item on heroes like lina, zeus or lion. And, since most of those heroes would get preservance anyway, this would be a used item. I just have one question - would it stack with aftershock? Cause, if it did...that would make this a very viable item on ES, and a very powerfull one at that.

Thats exactly why I put these items together. Perserverance is a caster-friendly item, and the helmet not only adds extra regen to help with that, but it gives armor to let casters get closer. Any low cooldown hero with a kelen's and a furnace would do great. Bristleback could be ressurected.
About ES, I would allow it to stack, but I believe it wouldn't be all that much worth it, since the stun would apply at the aftershock's stun, therefore it would only add a minor damage boost.
Offtopic: I really like Tombstone, I'll review it soon.

if one of your teamates gets this item then cast a spell, then before 1.25 secs you (also have this item) cast a spell too, what will happen??

hmmm. as i posted in the other forum, this item's stun effects should be compiled and trigger should be 2-3 spells casted consecutively within a given timeframe. Therefore, the chain casters and people like bristleback get the full potential of this item.

Well Scar, I'm going to make it MII (Multi-Item Instancable) So multiple people could stun, but a unit could not be perma-stunned. There would always be a .50 Second time before they could.

Orbs do NOT count as spells with a simple condition that is generally used in every Spell-Procing item.

You might want to change teh name to The Magus' Skull . Isn't magi a plural form of mage ?
