Everyone is talking about the Icefrog's new DotA 6.60 map. While it may sound exciting for many, it gives worries to some. To add news to celebrate about, we are thrilled to announce the winner of Guide of the Month Award for June.

We wanted to express our gratitude to the guidemakers who participated Dotactics as they gave their effort and made this contest a success.

The Interview

There are three elders who volunteered and conducted the interview: ic4three778, reiva00 and Flodian. For the first one, here is ic4three778's interview to Linial_Tailor:

Despite the procrastinations(as said in the introduction and ending), what urged you to do and finish your guide?

While making the guide, were there times when you feel like giving up or regretting it?

Which part of the guide do you think needs improving and which part do you think you can keep for its awesomeness?

When you found out about your guide was the 10th runner up in the competition, what was your reaction?

Do you think you can still edit/remake the guide for helping sake and not for the competition?

What do you have to say to your fellow guidemakers?

There’s a pretty good Lanaya guide already, so why Lanaya out of all the other possible Heroes you could have made a guide for?

Did you ever think that your guide was leaning towards being similar to the existing guide? What was your approach on how to differentiate yours?

How long did it take you to make? Were there any times when you felt like you wanted to change the Hero for your DotActics entry?
