same hero game mode mechanics

just wondering, many people tell me about the game mode -sh or same hero match, wonder how it works?

unlike -mm (which gives you same line up of hero)
-sh gives you only one hero to use

let's say on a 5 on 5 and you pick -apnpsh and the server pick KOTL

all of them will use KOTL

very fun to use especially if using POTM
