Diseased Blade

Story
Recovered from the ancient tomb of a cursed warrior, only those with both a strong heart
and will can harness its diseased edge.

Requirements:
Quelling Blade (225g)
Recipe (725g)
Total 950g

Gives:
- Disease Cloud (Passive)
- Decay Aura (Active)

Disease Cloud
Any non-hero living unit that comes too close (200aoe) will be infected with a disease
cloud that deals 25 damage (Magic) per second for 12 seconds. Does not stack

Decay Aura
The Blade is so foul, so diseased that any tree within 200aoe will instantly shrivel
and die upon activation.
Duration: 8 seconds
Manacost: 75
Cooldown: 30 sec

25 x 12 is 300 damage and after spell reduction it is still too much. Way to imba since you can get this as a beginning item. Good idea tho. I'd say up the price way way more, or reduce the damage and duration by a lot. As it is this pretty much means super farm...which in my opinion makes the game more boring.
