Yup!

@topic

It does counter some heavy hitters but in theory.. I think Decrep and the Scepter stack.. so, a Pugna + Lina / Lion could screw you..

they dont stack, like stuns. sven stuns, followed by leoric instantly, but you dont gt 4 sec stuns

Nothing of the same type stacks: Stuns/Bash/ Decrepify/ Slow/ Purge etc

Mmm yes indeed Ghost scepter is quite the item. Ive found that on Silencer it works the best. On Silencer, you have your orb to use while in Ghost form and silences if anyone trys to nuke you... Very Happy
