Ghost's Protection Relic

Ancient relic forged by ghost,
the only mortal to never lose in a battle.
Recently found in the local graveyard's trashcan.

Requirements:

Plate Mail 1400
Staff of Wizardry 1000
Recipe 1200

Attributes:

15 Armor
10 Intelligence
Vindictive(active)
Mana: 80
Cooldown:50
Duration: 8 sec

Vindictive: It was told that when ghost was on the verge of defeat he would call upon the hidden privileged powers within the relic. Thus silencing an opponent as well as himself, as long as they remained within a distance (750 AoE)
Notes: One would click on the staff, then on the target who must be within 750 AoE and both would be locked silent while near each other. It lasts for 8 sec on the opponent and 7.8 on you. It is a good way to escape a caster, thus providing you a save haven from fair magic attacks. Or it can help chase while you think of what to do or the cool down of your other spells resets. Also ensuring your opponent doesn't hinder or disable you.

Additional Notes: It gives a nice boost to your defensive powers although there is no intelligence gain. However the active makes up for it as it would be useful in a team fight or chase against a caster.

Examples:

Sandking uses epicenter, then uses his blink dagger, then casts the Protection Relic upon a nearby Rhasta. Rhasta is left defenseless while epicenter kills him.

Pugna is running away from vengeful with very how hp. He cast's the relic and is able to run away do to his superior ms.

In a team battle WD channels his ulti and silences void. Void dies.

Lion is chasing morphling who is about to waveform into the river. Lion's stun, finger, and hex are in cd since he used them prior. He cast's the relic and morphling and him are silenced. After the silence on Lion is done he shift stuns hexes and kills morphling.

Good item overall. Requires shift clicking if on the offense. Which may be difficult with spells that can miss such as impale.
