Tide cant win vs. SK 1v1 never ever. If u win that means that the SK is a complete retard.
He can always get some mana/mana regen items so u cant make him ulti unusable.
So I cant suggest build for Tide but for SK - treads, armlet , euls/guinsoo , hyperstone and some dps items.
