When is KS-ing become important?

when you're ally was using ES comboing his skills on teh enemy..he prolly cant catch him..so..

When you can get the kill, use all your spells asap, dont save em, if you carry cant get the kill, you take it

KS don't matter, what matter is the kill...
KS is important because its an easy way of letting a carry kill.

lol ksing is mostly for the carries, or those who can catch up with the low hp enemy that ur team cant.

Some are acceptable, some are annoying as hell.
Maybe the noobest ks ever was when i played windrunner, stunned the enemy and let my ulti do the kill, Rexxar stood next to me all the time (didn't even attach the enemy) and used his axes to lasthit while the enemy was still in stun
