Local Bar Booze

Cost: 100g.
Lasts: 45 sec.
Item type: Consumable

Effect:
A pleasant feeling which yet nulls the senses.

-Damage taken increased by 100%.
-Movement Speed reduced by 25%.
-Attack Speed reduced by 40%.
-Attack Damage Reduced by 30%.
-Spell Damage Reduced by 25%.
-Can only cast one spell every 10 seconds.
-While under the effects of this item, experience obtained from creep death doubles and from hero death triples.

Notes: It can only be used on self.

Thoughts: For the highly skilled player obviously. Some people aren't ready to handle such item. Yet it should not be limited due to the possibility that others may be.

Discussion:
This item is for the great skilled survivalist. A good techie could benefit since usually he lags behind in experience. An invisible clinks or Gondar could too. Or perhaps a Lion who knows he can kill his target easily and would like to get 3 times the experience. Broodmother anyone?
Basically, you exchange your edge in combat for experience and a chance to show of your skill.

It makes you weaker.

Its so cheap because its dangerous.

You'd never use this in a 1v1 or 1v2, but in a 2v1 or 2v2 perhaps. This would only be suitable if you have a dominant hero as a laning partner, but could effectively make you much stronger. I'd definitely pick this up on Geomancer. This would also be helpful for carries as an alternate tactic to farming.

I know its full potential would be reached in a solo lane, but it would be very dangerous. For the very.. very skilled player.

which is why it is dangerous on meepo, he already gains more exp than everyone else, all you need to do is disable one clone and have it sit back and suck up the experience for you.
