A staff that belongs to a shadow hunter that can summon serpent wards to attack opponents.
Requires:
Staff of Wizardry (1000)
Boots of Elvenskin (450)
Staff of Serpents Recipe Scroll (1250)
(Upgradable 3 times)
Gives:
+15 intelligence
+6 agility
+10 damage
Summonable Serpent Ward
Serpent Ward has:
(Level 1) 2 Serpent Wards, 135 hit points, 13-18 damage
(Level 2) 3 Serpent Wards, 240 hit points, 20-25 damage
(Level 3) 5 Seprent Wards, 350 hit points, 30-45 damage
Mana Cost:75/85/95
Cooldown: 30 sec.
Duration: 40 sec.
Armor: 2/4/6 (Spell Immune, Light)

the wards do little damage,. i suggest you increase the number of wards per level,.

only heroes that can make use of this are: venomancer, he can summon 2 wards for better farming early game, and rhasta, more damage to his ultimate. 10 seconds is a little to quick, make it 14 seconds to prevent abuse

It's imba then.
Make the cooldown 75 seconds and the manacost to 175.

when you summon serpent wards are they instant or do you still target?
imba if some more wards are added,
type of attack?(piercing, siege etc)

so its imba then, look at its price
for 5k gold you can acces 5 serpent wards T_T
do should increase status bonuses when you upgrade it like necronomicon.
