Sword of Mortality

Forged to copy the deadly power of Grim Reaper's scythe the sword managed to do so but didn't completely matched the scythe's power.

REQUIRES:
*Buriza-do Kyanon-6200
*Claymore-1200

Gives:
100 damage
20% chanceto do 2.3 damage
Passive Mortality Slash

EFFECT:
On Creeps- gives 25%chance to instantly kill creeps(excluding Ancients)
On Heroes- gives 10% chance to reduce the enemy's HP by 25%

NOTE: Drops upon death.

Level 1 - Slays creeps 10% of the time.
Level 2 - Slays creeps 15% of the time.
Level 3 - Slays creeps 20% of the time.

Its an IMBA item you must lower the one-hit-creep-kill the chance of reducing the enemy units HP is good only if you make it 10% reduction.

i sorta think the minus hp thing is too much lol, shld be removed cause any fast attacker like magina can bring down a tank with ease, and if necrolyte gets a hold of this item with MoM, he can cast reaper scythe easily.
the creep slaying part is ok, but shouldnt win marksmanship cause thats wad makes drow special. probaly 10% for range and 15% for melee (its a sword rmb?)

a question is it requires buriza, but y is the crit lower and the bonus damage gone? shldnt it be more crit and more damage since it needs an extra claymore?

This item is not too imba considering it has a drops upon death feature, yet the mortality thing should be balanced out. One question first, is the 25% max health or remaining health? Assuming it's remaining health, (otherwise too imba) I would suggest combining the buriza with something else, instead with just a claymore, so it would sound more plausible.
