Death Pulse- The Death of Us All

I played a game recently and I found a bug with Necrolyte on 6.61b. This Necrolyte kept on spamming Death Pulse and instead of it healing us, it was damaging us instead.

We were already losing during the last parts of the game and this Necro just went crazy and started spamming death pulse and started chasing us, killing all of the team. Anyone knows about this bug?

I've seen it in pubs. But only once, on Garena. :/

We still got killed while staying in the fountain because his death pulse was just too strong especially when we just came from a battle and are retreating back, he just spams it and kills us.

Why would he want to kill his own teammates? If it was a collided map, I think he would use it against his opponents and not us.
