Desilencer Pod

Shh! just use it and talk!

Requirements:
Oblivion Staff 1675
Ultimate Orb 2100
TOTAL 3775

Effects
+100% Mana Regeneration
+16 Intelligence
+10 Strenght
+10 Agility
+20 Damage
+15% Attack Speed

Passive: Talking Aura
A 500 range Aura which gives allies a 20% to Desilencify themselves if they are silenced and a 20% to enemies to silence themselves for 2 seconds.

Active: Pod Power
The Desilencer pod has the mystical power of eliminating a targets silence every 20 seconds.

Manacost: 50 Mana
Cooldown: 20 Seconds

Notes: Can only target Allies and the owner itself

Finally... took hell time to make this item, well in conclusion this items takes the silence out of you if you are induced to it, no more, basicly it would make wonders if targeted to the bloodseeker, extra dmg and no silence W00T, also if you have Luci's "Doom" you just ask an ally to use it on you, besides the atributes are ok, just use it if you have enemies like:

-->He will be nothing if you use this against his silence..

And

-->I Just hate those nasty silences.

Useless Ulti ^^

Use this on his bloodrage and you have a bloodseeker with exrta damage and active spells.

Basically this is, first item idea done ^^, thanks to all guide makers that inspired me to do this item.....Comments appreciated.

Actualy it wouldn't be usefull against doom. He silences both abilties and items, passive and active. You might want to fix that.

It wouldn't dispel Doom. For that matter it probably wouldn't work on Global Silence either - ultimates.

This item is sorta like a linken eh? except you can dispel silences. I think its a bit expensive for that.

I like the idea since the effects are cool.
The only thing I don't like is the price. Too expensive since BKB is nearly that price.

It's pretty imba, the part that silences your enemy for 2s every 20s at 20%. I don't get when it has that ability, it's the desilencing rod isn't it?

You can try making it so that it has 25% of transfering a silence debuff from an allied to hero to a random enemy hero per allied hero. Seems more balanced that ways. Doesn't work on doom/smokescreen of course but it should work against Orchid.

What this does is that every 20 seconds on a 500 range there is a 20% chance for enemies to silence themselves for 2 seconds and a 20%chance to Desilencify themselves
