Xonoxian Staff

Named after a hidden city in Azeroth, the Xonoxian Staff was used to capture dangerous monsters without the risk of casualties.

REQUIRES:
*Obivion Staff-1925
*Null Talisman-510
*Mantle of Intelligence-150
*Xonoxian Staff Recipe-915

GIVES:
15 Intelligence
4 Strength, Agility
100% Mana Regeneration
20 damage
Activatable Disable

EFFECT:
Disables an enemy hero. The disabled hero cannot attack nor cast spells. All he can do is use items or power-ups and move. His move speed is also reduced by 15%.
Level 1- 3 seconds duration
Level 2- 4 seconds duration
Level 3- 5 seconds duration

MANACOST: 185
COOLDOWN: 55 seconds

NOTE:
Items with spells like Dagon can be used while disabled.
Can be Purged with Diffusal Blade.
Duration isn't affected by spell reduction.
If a hero is disabled, the hero cannot cast spells, so the only way to remove it is to use Diffusal Blade on himself

Can it be dispelled [Aphotic Shield, Borrowed Time, Purge]?

Manacost and cooldown are higher though.. So I think it's good.

to Yukino, it Gorgon, LoA etc cannot remove this buff alone with their spells because they cannot cast spells. only Diffusal blade or other heroes can remive it for them.
