Shiny Shell Mask [august GC]

Shiny shell mask

Price: 5300 gold

Description:
A mask that is made to look like a shell for different purposes. A ruby and an emerald is implemented in the top and bottom part to make it stand-out among the other items that are sold in the shops. But, weirdly, it has a mysterious breeze coming out of the dhelly part of the mask and heat coming out of the eyes. I wonder why....

Requires:
Helm of Iron Will (950 gold)
Dagon (2850 gold) (can only use dagon level 1, if it has been upgraded to higher levels, it cannot be used to make this item)
Ghost Scepter (1500 gold)

Discussion:

GIVES:
+5 armor
+4 HP regen
+11 damage
+25 INT
+11 all stats

Active

Laser Eye
Shoots out a laser out of the eye part of the mask. Dealing 300 damage in 800 range. Has a wide of 300. Laser travels at 500 unit/second.

manacost 170
cooldown 24 seconds

Passive

Ghostly Breeze
Whenever the bearer cast a spell, he will release a breeze that makes every unit around him (including yourself) to be turned into ghost form. Last 1 second on allies, 2.5 seconds on enemies. In ghost form, units take 44% magic damage, but can't be dealt with any physical damage.

cooldown 5 seconds


mainly used for chain nukers such as zeus, lion, NA, lina, etc. The thing is, you could die from this skill also. If you happen to be in a team clah where all of your opponents is heavy-casters or nukers just because you use one little skill they could exterminate all of your teams altogether. But what happens if in a team clash your team is full of nukers and they're not? Your team will clear their team easily

anything that you have to cast. passive is not included even if they're casted with manacost.
no, why pugna decrepify an already decrepified guy anyway?

Oh,i thought ghost form and decrepify are not same...
Cuz their artwork are different (decre has some pink things)
Only the amplify magic dmg are same...

5 seconds cd is a bit imbalanced. You can be immune to physical alot.

not really. tinker's laser deals pure damage which can't hit ethereal unit. and his missile either, can't hit an ethereal unit. the only thing can hit it is only his little clockwerk's though not much damage.
