Requires:
Wraith Band (460)
Circlet of Nobility (185)
Bracer of Agility Recipe Scroll (280)

Gives:
+6 agility
+5 to all stats

Just get 2 wraith bands instead, although not many heroes will benefit from this item. (usually range/agi heroes or agi heroes with High Str gain). but good thought.
