Imba load times.....

1.As of late (yesterday through today) I have been experiencing very long load times for pages: up to 15 minutes, that too after I have constantly refreshed the page.

2.A php error citing maximum database connections made has appeared a bit too often now, I'm sure this is wildly farfetched, but could DS be the target of DOS junkies?

encountered these too....ppl said sometimes DS has overloaded the capacity...but...that's not logical...playdota and DA get more ppl online at the same time...DOS might be in here...but...our firewalls are way to cool these days...by that...some computer might ignore it in the first place
