Primary: INT
Str: 19 + 2.20 | Agi: 15 + 1.55 | Int: 23 + 2.30
Damage: 48 - 50 | HP: 511 | Mana: 299
HP Regen: 0.82 | Mana Regen: 0.93
Attack Speed: 1.5 | Armor: 2

Rael is one of the best and most respected mechanic working for the sentinels. She was raised by humans even though she was an elf in her own right. She possess one of the most lethal weapons in her arsenal. Her advance knowledge may be an advantage in the ever growing conflict between the sentinel and scourge.


High Speed Crash (C)
Rael will move so fast that when she stops she will cause a great explosion. This will also injure her. This will increase her movespeed until she hits her target. Cast range is 1000.
Level 1 - Deals 100 damage but Rael receives 50 damage herself.Increase movespeed by 50%.
Level 2 - Deals 200 damage but Rael receives 75 damage herself.Increase movespeed by 50%.
Level 3 - Deals 300 damage but Rael receives 100 damage herself.Increase movespeed by 50%.
Level 4 - Deals 400 damage but Rael receives 125 damage herself.Increase movespeed by 50%
Mana Cost: 120/145/175/210
Cooldown: 30
Framework: Rael will explode upon impact with target.
Notes: Great chase skill.

Titanium Armor (T)
Increases targets armor but decreases movespeed.Last 15 seconds. Cast range 500.
Level 1 - Adds 10 armor but decreases movespeed by 5%.
Level 2 - Adds 15 armor but decreases movespeed by 6%.
Level 3 - Adds 20 armor but decreases movespeed by 7%.
Level 4 - Adds 25 armor but decreases movespeed by 8%.
Mana Cost: 50/75/90/115
Cooldown: 25
Framework: Icon that shows unit is under the effect of Titanium Armor.

Alliance (E)
Rael transfers her own hit points and mana to allied heroes in return she gets improved regeneration.Cast range 300.
Level 1 - Transfer 10%hp and mana. Rael will have additional 2hp and 50%mana regen.
Level 2 - Transfer 20%hp and mana. Rael will have additional 3hp and 75%mana regen.
Level 3 - Transfer 30%hp and mana. Rael will have additional 4hp and 100%mana regen.
Level 4 - Transfer 40%hp and mana. Rael will have additional 5hp and 125%mana regen.
Mana Cost: 30/40/50/60
Cooldown: 45
Framework: The effects of Mana Drain and Soul Drain combined into one. A stream of blue and green light between target and Rael.

The Supremacy (S)
Rael's sacred weapon, The Supremacy, hidden within her will launch sparks of high charged lightning which will destroy anything in a 200AOE. Casting time 1 second. Skill last 3 seconds. Slows units in AOE by 10%.
Level 1 - Deals 75 damage with 5 pulses.
Level 2 - Deals 90 damage with 6 pulses.
Level 3 - Deals 110 damage with 7 pulses.
With Scepter, adds 8/10/12 pulses and also widens AOE to 250.
Mana Cost: 175/285/395
Cooldown: 150/120/60
Framework: The remote mines effect but instead of fire pillars, bolts of green lightning will stream out of Rael's body.

Alliance = Current or maximum HP/Mana?
Supremacy = Weaker Epicenter but faster cooldown

titanium armor is overpowered i think... +25 armor is so high...
hmm.. a mini epicenter. cool!!!
high speed crash is dangerous..XD

Q> this is a int type hero right? this hero has a low mana but has a huge hp... 511 hp 299 mana
