Shal Than'ar - The Game Master

Damage: 43 - 49 | HP: 454 | Mana: 312
HP Regen: 0.73 | Mana Regen: 0.97
Attack Speed: 1.4 | Armor: 3

During the destruction of the human settlements, a man by the name of Shal Than'ar fought against the Scourge legion. He used the powers of chance to destroy his opponents. He drew cards to heal and protect the wounded. He had an arsenal of lucky charms to aid him. Alas he failed to protect the settlement and he fled towards Sentinel territory. There he made a pact with the Elven Council to help in their battle against the evil forces.

Clover of Doom (C)
A special plant discovered by Shal Than'ar. It has the power to immobilize or deal great damage depending on what leaf you rip off. Cast time 1 second. Cast range 500.
Level 1 - 80% chance to stun the target for 3 seconds or 20% chance to deal 400 damage.
Level 2 - 70% chance to stun the target for 3 seconds or 30% chance to deal 400 damage.
Level 3 - 60% chance to stun the target for 3 seconds or 40% chance to deal 400 damage.
Level 4 - 50% chance to stun the target for 3 seconds or 50% chance to deal 400 damage.
Mana Cost: 130/150/170/190
Cooldown: 20
Framework: Whenever the stun effect occurs, a green mist covers the target. Whenever damage effect occurs, Shal Than'ar yells out "Lucky!".

Seal of Luck (E)
Shal Than'ar uses his enchanted medallion to protect his allies. Cast range 400. Cast time .5 seconds.Last 30 seconds.
Level 1 - 80% chance to increase armor of target by 5 and 20% chance to heal 400hp.
Level 2 - 70% chance to increase armor of target by 5 and 30% chance to heal 400hp.
Level 3 - 60% chance to increase armor of target by 5 and 40% chance to heal 400hp.
Level 4 - 50% chance to increase armor of target by 5 and 50% chance to heal 400hp.
Mana Cost: 140/160/180/200
Cooldown: 37
Framework: Whenever armor increase occurs, a golden aura surrounds the target. Whenever heal effect occurs, the gold aura flashes on the hero then disappears.

Blast (B)
A powerful explosion created by Shal Than'ar's mighty arsenal, the 13th Caliber. Cast range 500. Cast time .5 seconds.
Level 1 - Deals 75 damage to target and 10% chance to stun for 2.25 seconds.
Level 2 - Deals 150 damage to target and 15% chance to stun for 2.5 seconds.
Level 3 - Deals 225 damage to target and 20% chance to stun for 2.75 seconds.
Level 4 - Deals 300 damage to target and 25% chance to stun for 3 seconds.
Mana Cost: 135/160/175/190
Cooldown: 24
Framework: A white bullet comes out of Shal' Than'ar's gun and hits the target with blood splatter effect.

Dark Bonds (D)
Shal Than'ar makes the ultimate gamble as he binds he and his opponents life force. Anyone who is binded to Shal will receive the damage taken by his body. Cast time 1.5 seconds. Cast range 600.
Level 1 - Binded target will receive 40% damage taken by Shal Than'ar. Last 7 seconds.
Level 2 - Binded target will receive 50% damage taken by Shal Than'ar. Last 9 seconds.
Level 3 - Binded target will receive 60% damage taken by Shal Than'ar. Last 12 seconds.
Aghanims Scepter: Binded target will receive 70% damage taken by Shal Than'ar. Last 15 seconds. Cooldown reduces to 60 seconds.
Mana Cost: 200/300/400
Cooldown: 150/120/90
Framework: A gold line will link Shal and target. A skull above the heads of the two will show they are under the effects of Dark Bonds.

Clover of doom = IMBA. Just plain IMBA. Really. Whatever the percentages. Just look at the stun and damage!!

Seal of luck = hmm.. 400 HP heal? Looking at cooldown and manacost.. It's fine.

Blast = Powerful, but with drawbacks. Hmm.. I'm not sure about this.. Two stun skills in one hero? Hmm..

Dark Bonds = Beefed up fatal bonds. Single target. Hmm..

Hehehehe. Imba 1st skill and not sure with other skills..... aw.... ^^ ho humm.... how about just plain 100/200/300/400 with .5/1/1.5/2second stun each 50 50 chance of happening?????????

Man! I was thinking up a hero with the exact same effect of Dark Bond!

Hero idea's okay overall but just reduce the stun as Yuki said.

Off topic, but when I saw lucky charms, I assumed the leprechaun from Lucky Charms. XD

3rd skill has a stun too? omg...
