Nid Help w/ GG client

what should be the settings for gg client?
everytime i click start game a window appears and says
"The executable path of game hasn't been configured, pls config now."
what does that mean?

Go to Settings. This appears in the upper right portion of the GG interface after you've logged in.

A new window appers, then choose War3 TFT RPG.

In the Executable Settings frame, change the Game Executable Path to where your Warcraft game is installed. Then click Apply.

Game on!

Er, really? Now that's something that I don't know how to fix...

After I click on Start Game, I usually get another window that lets me choose to run in compatible mode, and when I choose Yes, then I can play, but when I choose No, I can start W3 but I can't see anyone on LAN.

Maybe you need to reconfigure some other option for GG...

hi, sorry if my reply came late.


can you show me a screenshot of your Settings there in gg where i can see the game path you've set. or can you copy-paste the game path you've set here so i can check if it is correctly set up. Make sure the game path you have input is set to the actual war3.exe file and not the loader or desktop shortcut. and also, in the settings there are several categories in the left side. if you play in rpg rooms then please select the war3 icon with the RPG on it - then set your game path.

with regards to the problem of "starting with compatible mode", it is because your game path set is ".../frozen throne.exe" . you may try changing it to ".../war3.exe" and that message wont pop up anymore:)

I got one problem as well..

Previosuly i was able to play in GG but when i tred it again it always prompts me "Please insert your Frozen Throne CD" same message when you haven't cracked W3:FT or the like.

I wonder what's wrong?
