i tend to rush either bloodstone or orchid, both have served me well, but i think i prefer orchid because its easier to build up, and the items you get during it help, and it comes with a disable and lots of extra damage + IAS

BoT, Guinsoo, Refresher.
I don't like working on his fighting ability.
The down side is I rely on the teams AoE/disables.

TC doesn't really need items. He's just supposed to use his spells and then just stand there. If you are looking to buy items, buy support items that can help you team better.

TC is a great all-arounder without items: he can put up a decent fight, cast great combos, and take a bit of damage.

I find him a hero that you can adjust, but his strongest point is his casting ability with his superior team-breaker skills.

For items, I get BoT, Bracers/Nulls, Eul's, Guinsoo, then I usually take a Bfury or BkB for kicks.

Actually, TC is a monstrous carry if played correctly. Great ancestor can give you RIDICULOUS damage later in the game with lots of creeps and clashes.

40 dmg a hero = 200 damage bonus if you can hit them all.

that's a lot, but not enough to carry. Mortred will be pumping 1000 damage crits and lifestealing it all. TC can be a semi-carry no doubt, but his hardcore carrying potential is ify

But when he does is echo stomp stuff, he stuns them for like 5 seconds unless someone hits them, which is a chance for him to use his ulti or other teammates to use their stuff, he is kinda like an initator.
