Wand of Mavin

Requires:
2 x (Gauntlets of Strength/ Slippers of Agility/ Mantle of Intelligence), 300 gold
Energy Booster, 1000 gold
Wand of Mavin recipe, 600 gold
1900 gold total

"A precious heirloom of the Manyshaped family, it is known to grant the power to alter a physical being's attributes."

Wand of Mavin - Intelligence (if Mantle of Intelligence was used)
Gives +7 to intelligence and +250 MP.
Active - Reconfigure: Changes 1 agility (1 strength) of your target to 1 intelligence. Can only be used on other heroes. It also renders the target unable to move for 0.7 seconds, forcing the hero to face your direction during the duration.
Mana Cost: 75
Cooldown: 25 seconds
Can be toggled from agility (green glow from the blue wand head) to strength (red glow)

* Tinker's Rearm doesn't work on this item.

* Active doesn't work on item-given stats, has a cast range of 800, instant cast

* Framework is basicaly lyk reaper's scythe, with the color being blue for WoM Int, red for WoM Str, green for WoM Agi

* Targetted unit can't move, attack, or cast a spell. The unit will be forced to turn into your direction.

* Toggling the item from one attribute to another: dropping the item then picking it up changes attribute that will be changed every activation (for example, u hav WoM Intelligence. Initialy, it changes 1 agi to 1 int. If u drop the item, and then u picked it up, the change wil be 1 str to 1 int.)

sorry cause it said renders the target unable to move for 0.5 seconds. Its kinda confusing. So you change 1 str/agi/int or whatever every 25 seconds?

Changed it so that it doesnt target self, increase duration to .7 to interact bettr wit force, wording wording wording. ds is crazy.ive only used the edit button 4times, and it says i edited it 12 times? SQL thingy keeps popping, its gettin on fleur's nerve
