Banshee’s Staff

A staff that a Master Banshee used to fight a lot of Undead wars. Now, Banshee Believers use it because of a Magical power to summons a soul that weaken enemies whenever the bearer cast a spell.

What You Need : 1 Oblivion Staff (1675) 1 Mantle Of Intelligence (150) 1 Circlet Of Nobility (185)

Recipe Scroll (490)
Total : 2500
Gives : 3 to all stats with +10 Intelligence, 15

Damage, 15% ASPD and 80% Mana Regen

Passive

1.Chant Of Summoning
Every time the bearer casts a spell (Except Autocast), summons a ghost that is invulnerable and
deal no damage. But, It will stick to nearest visible hero, slowing the hero by 1% and amplify magical dmg by 1%. Cap of 15 Ghosts (Each Ghosts last for 15 seconds)

2.Collected Ghost
After 7 Ghosts were summoned, and there is a portal of summoning, they go to the portal and creating a Greater Ghost, the Greater Ghost lasts for 30 seconds.

Believer’s Ally
Creates A portal of summoning (500 HP, 5 Heavy
Armor) that summons a ghost for every 2 seconds.
Lasts for 12 Seconds

Greater Ghost
HP : 900 Mana : 500
Armor : 4 (Medium)
Damage : 30-70 (Chaos)
Range : 500
Movespeed : 350
Attackspeed : 1,25

Skills:

1.Damned Soul (Manacost :120 Cooldown :10)
The Ghost summons a soul that devour the soul of the target, damaging the foe by 30 dps, every second the damage increased by 10%. Lasts for 5 seconds
Framework : A soul that enters the foe, after that, a cripple animation appears until 5secs

2.Painful Souls (Manacost : 100 Cooldown : 15)

The Ghost Summons a Gate Of Soul that lasts for 4 sec, and that gate summons 10 souls that drain enemy mana by 10 per soul every 2 seconds. The souls move at a line path until 1000 range away
Framework : A gate that summons the same ghost like the first skill

3.Spell Armor Breaker Autocast (Manacost : 15 Cooldown : 1)

The Ghosts is able to rend the enemy ability to reduce magic with its special magic, it reduce the foe’s magical reduction by 25% per hit
Example : (A hero has 60% magic reduction <with hood or another thing that increase spell reduction>
the Ghost SAB attack successful, reduce it to 45%, the second one successful, reduce it to 33,75%, and so on…)
Framework : magic missile without stun

4.The Spell Discount(Passive Aura)
600 AOE, gives. Reduce mana cost or health cost whenever casting spell by 10%
Framework : A hexagram below The Ghost

Would you like to turn this into a hero? Its got far too much in it for an item, especially one that only costs 2500. Balance or not. Although I don't think it is balanced actually.
