Obsidian Destroyer is a melee and an agi destroyer!
Posted: Sun Mar 04, 2007 4:36 amHey guys have you heard of Obsidian destroyer's Ultimate and other skills?
Specially when his int is so high he damage really hard, using items that adds intelligence is a good thing.
Arcane Orb
The Arcane Orb his first skill i will tell you how to raise his damage using this skill.
In his first skill you need a lot of mana to raise the damage.
It is like Enchantress's impetus but the difference is Impetus is on distance while Arcane orb depends on 8% of the mana *when level 4*. *Correct me if Im wrong i don't have the warcraft right now to check on it on this place T.T*
How to raise the damage of his ultimate?

And for the ultimate i will tell you how to compute the damage.
Well this is just an example to make this thing clear
ok here it goes :
Mortred's int is only 21 and Obsidian's int is 90 the difference between their int is 69.
When Obsi's Ultimate is only level 1 you need to multiply 69 by 10 then the damage is 690.
When it is level 2 12 x 69 = 828
And when level 3 14 x 69 = 966
When your opponent's intelligence is higher than the obsidian destroyer he is unaffected by ultimate.
But when he got 50 int and your obsi's int is 60 the difference is 10 when you multiply it it is
lvl 1 10 x 10 = 100
lvl 2 12 x 10 = 120
lvl 3 14 x 10 = 140
*You got low damage is it well its useless!!*
NO! its not it is very helpful instead,
You can leak his remaining mana by 75% when you damage your opponents low.
How Astral imprisonment helps?
Well astral imprisonment helps by sucking his Int stats, opponents int will be drained and you got his drained int temporarily.
Example:
when your astral's imprisonment is level 4 it banish the opponent by 4 seconds after that the opponent will show up has a drained int, in every seconds you got 2 int so it means in that astral imprisonment level 4 you got 8 int temporarily.

heres my build for him...
power treads
hyper stone
3x soulbooster... its quite easy to farm with him
use arcane orb to last hit on creeps...
then when very late game comes upgrade to aghanims...

yeah aghanims even though it doesn't raise his ultimate.
3 aghanims = 90 int 1.5k mana and life
Guinsoo Scythe of Vyse is also a good item for him

early game is his hardest part, since his int, his hp is quite...~~
u cant farm with arcane orb during early game, it uses up 100 mana, and ur essence aura aint that strong yet
still hoping for a solution to this problem >.<

Hopefully this "3 agahnim" scepters dream will stop popping out every once in a while.. Yes its a dream item ONLY..
In any fair game that has decent opponents, farming up 3 agahnim scepters costs 15k (approx) ! Which decent opponent would let such a weak hero (low hp low armor) farm so much ? Even dr aegis costs less (approx 10k) and even then, wonderful farmers such as bone clinkz and the likes takes 40-50 min to crank it up.
So i would say, getting 4 agha is either ur opponent is way too lousy for your level .. or you guys just deicded to open farm-fest

i use to get treads, hyperstone, aghanim scepter, and the make 3 mystic staff before go onto more soulboosters. mystic staff does what?, it gives 30+ dmg, 390+ mana, and 30+ int wich helps your ulti to be the ultimate weapon.
when you got aggy, 3 mystic hyper and treads, turn the mystic into aggys ^_^ expensive but fun xD noone is alive after a couple of hits ^_^

My build is 2 sould boosters in early game for spamming arcnae orb for last hits and more hp ^^ then upgrade them to agahims at bout 15 get guinsoo before you upgrade ^^

That would be cool hehe i agree with you that mystic staff is good for obsi because it has mana and int and sooner you can turn it into aghanims.
