Mogul Khan - Axe

Hello, all! I'd like to show you the replay from my first ever game with Axe . A couple of days ago some friends and I decided to have some fun and play -apso mod with heroes we don't pick often. So, I chose Axe and here's what I did with this, known with his imba-ness, hero:

Highlights:
- First-blooding Jah'rakal.
- Around 33rd minute when we saved our Witch Doctor from being killed.
- Last 10-15 minutes when we defended our main building (my favorite).

Patch: WC III 1.24b

Map: DotA All-Stars 6.61c

Hey, always include the warcraft patch and map version when posting a replay. Mediafire is banned in college so can't see the replay. Sad

Well, first thing i would like to say, Don't take stats over taunt. And don't take battle hunger over taunt either. 2 vanguards isn't good.

Haven't watched it all but if you won, did the Kunkka leave or something?

No, it was someone else..I forgot who. Well, I made 2 Vanguards for the extra health points and I left my taunt ability for last four levels because I saw it in a guide here^^ I can't say I'm sorry for doing so because I had a hell lot of fun Smile

2 Vanguards stacks in a bad form. You see, it's 40% now if i remember,

So, if you boy one Vanguard, it's 40% of 100% that it will block. But if you buy two it's 40% of the 60% that's left to block, Wich means you don't get out the full block of it. Meanwhile, the money you put on Vanguards can go to dagger and hood. Hood is generally a better item to increase your EHP.

I also think that you should consider phase boots pretty early when playing Axe.

As I said, this was my first ever game with Axe, so I understand I have a lot more to learn when playing this particular hero. I also told you I used the Vanguards for the hp bonus and not the block. I don't know..That's what I've seen others do ^^
