but NA isn't a late game hero, he is an early-mid gamer who goes around and ganks, so giving up some of his laning and ganking power to be a little better against int heroes late game is a nerf

New phase boots are imba on PA she gets the attack speed and collision avoidance + speed.

Dagger -> blink -> Wack wack wack -> phase on -> whack whack whack whack whack whack.

Probably Imba on every agility hero. And who would even think of getting treads any more. Intel heroes? I wouldn't give up 30% ias just for 6 intel.

^ it's 16 INT bonus. This benefit makes the treads more cost effective in terms of INT gain.

old treads 10 intel 30% ias
new treads 16 intel no ias

+6 int -30% ias

I wouldn't give up 30% ias just for 6 intel.
I guess you could argue the cost savings make it worth it...

Depending on the INT hero, you don't really need IAS.

Casters are meant to cast spells, not attack faster. The new treads are much more viable for them. Such as Zeus. It used to be a sacrilege to get treads on him, but now it's an interesting option for him to do so.

only significant change i see is NA manaburn becoming useless, making him just like its new manaburn... useless
and huge nerfs on dirge... we all saw that coming anyway

If enemy has 100 intel mana burn does 400 dmg with a 5 second cooldown. Similar to lvl 1 Lina ult every 5 seconds.

I get OD's intel towards 200 sometimes. Thats 800 dmg every 5 seconds from the NA.

He will probably be banned even more in League games.

Wow I like siren now with 3 images right away. At lvl 2 you can kill. Who cares if they take way more damage as long as they are not totally destroyed they still do damage.

and the ice lady is Krobelus..

That's what i think..

but the loading screen rocks!!
1st tym to see dat a hero got hit, bloodseeker being burned..

Changes are quite good..
