@sprite0153 : Nope, It reduce 40 % from the gold he should lose.
Eg. 1 recipe item ( 1500 gold ) Sell: 1000 gold
u will lost 500 gold. But using his third skill, he will only lose 300 gold.
So you will never get profit from selling item.

@ yukino: What is " pooling-prone" ? I dunno... @_@

he resembles the hero Gambler, which was removed due to IMBA issues officially. Gambler was a much balanced hero than this, yet he got removed for reasons.
