Price :3600

Description :

A black orb from another universe, that crashed upon Kalimdor with the Rain of Chaos that Legion summoned.It can summon devastating shocks, slowing the enemies more and more...

Requires :

Staff of Wizardry
Ultimate orb
Shocker Recipe(500)

Gives :

+10 int
+10 to all stats
Shock(Active)

Shock:

Summons the energy from the other universe,summoning 5 pulses dealing 30 damage per pulse.There is a 25% chance that a unit will get stunned by a pulse.Stun lasts 2.2 seconds.

Mc:140 CD:35

Discussion :

So, the shock...Let me explain it...

Time between 2 pulses is 0.6 seconds.Each pulse has a chance to stun enemies in the AoE.Damage is the same as SKs ulti.AoE of 500.

This items is largely comparable to shiva's guard... an int boosting item with a survivability bonus (10 str), with an AoE damage and slow. this however is 1000 gold cheaper, provides 50 less damage, 20% more slow, I hate to break it to you, but I'd say it's function in the game has already been fulfilled...

The pulses are like what?
Maybe an unit that has been shocked has a chance to stun,or else...
