Hello
Wasn't sure whether to post this in the items forum or Q&A's forum so move the topic if you feel for it ^^
anyways, I've been wondering for a time now about the orb effects the items always say "Orb effects doesn't stack" as when you look on the Eye of Skadi in the shop it says it's an Orb Effect and so is Maelstrom + Mjollnir but you can still you both of these items and still benefit from both of the orb effects, Skadi will still cause slowing attacks and every now and then Maelstrom will proc its chainlightning (Mjollnir too)
Correct me if im wrong but its the same with Sange and Yasha when combined with Lifestealing, its just that when Maim procs there wont be a lifestealing hit on the maiming hit.
So how can you determine which so called Orb Effects do stack? Unlike S&Y + Lifesteal stacks Lifesteal + Maelstrom doesnt stack, at least it didnt last time i tried
Is it just a bug or should it be that way?
If anyone know anything about this it'd be nice to know what orb items you can use without messing up the effects of them =)

There's a difference between Orb Effects, Buffs, and Orb-effect Buff placers.
