Was using the thing called "Motion Blur" and "Gausian/Gaussian Blur", i don't know the spelling...
Rate in terms of blending please.

I'm surprised you never used the blur tool before.
In terms of blending, not a lot. I can see some in bottom right. Use smudge.

True the render doesn't blend alot... but for the sig i rate it 4/5 =]

Of the Sig 7/10

Not your best sinc. Try SMudging and using different layers of blending options.

SPECIAL EFFECT

Make and Applied image (shift+ctrl+e) and make gaussian blur of 3px set belnding to LIGHTEN :P

Its just a normal 19px hard brush with some personal preference settings.
