Lemme answer Laguna's question.

If you're a Boss and don't have enough worker to flirt with,what would you do?You hire some sexy babes of course.

In this case,Orochi is the Boss[Correct me if im wrong],and a lot of his workers have resigned[I bet this is all about something].So,he hired new workers.People will get hired if they have this criteria:

-Active at DS
-Have made lots of contribution[Strategy making,Signature,info,new topics.[
-Don't spam a lot[Lol everyone loves to spam]
-Was in Orochi's good book.

So,if you want to be promoted,u gotta have all of those.
