I need CONSTRUCTIVE critisicism on my lineup

I'm going to a local tourny, and my pal's all wanted me to make the team, so far my picks are

Lich, Skeleton king, lina, PoTM, slardar,
um, im not sure of bans, but im thinking,
Dirge, omniknight, chen, then spectre?

That's a very oldschool lineup I think. I would rather add Sand king and/or Dirge. Skeleton King is not picked anymore, so i would rather suggets admiral and bane insteed of lina.

You should ban Nerub, but the others are fine.

Can't see any good 'combo' in your lineup. I would suggest replacing skeleton king with something better. You have slardar as a decent carry, potm lina lich for support / gank. Lich is a really good hero to use, what about picking spectre? I suggest Going Lich Spectre Lina Tide Potm. You need an initiator, didnt find any good initiators in yours.. Dont ban OK imo, dirge and chen, why not. Spectre? No need, if you don't let him farm. Just think how ure going to play, also make pipe if ur enemies have gay nukers.
HOLD IN MIND: Carries FARM & GANK. Supports WARD & GANK. Semi-carry's GANK & Ward.

Hmm.. I believe your teams lacks gankers and have too many carriers. Also, not the best solo // lane control.
Maybe switch someone for better AoE Disablers/damagers, like Leoric > Tidehunter.

My changes would be definidely Leoric, for someone like.. tidehunter, puck, if you wanna someone who can kinda carry and be a single target, venge could do best. if you wanna tanker, maybe magnus, or even sven.
Im not so sure about Lich, you could put someone to nuke better, maybe Zeus or w/e.
You could have ONE mass disabler instead of everyone disabling, I would get Lion or Bane elemental.

About the bans..
Dont ban spectre. her early game is even worse than yours. chen, dirge and omni arent that great, but OK bans. Ban Viper is cool, because if he goes for a BKB, he kills anyone in your team. You will lose in early game for someone like him. Ban Rhasta / Lion / Atropos if you wont pick those, ban at least 1 ( the one you fear most ). Axe will screw your team too..

Its very hard to pick your lineup, they are very common heroes mostly, and their team will probably pick someone. maybe some ban slardar, or in someone else too.

Bans- Atropos, Dirge, Omni (hes a bitch) um then i dunno
Picks- Slardar Lich Lina TH PoTM

I'd still consider banning na since he will make like miserable all game for lich/lina, and early/mid for potm. And unless lich is a specialty of whoever is playing him, enigma would be a bit better for team play, esp w/tidehunter's ulti. (If you had a refresher, Black hole ravage black hole)

No, Now your missing a key carry, sure slardar might be able to do it, but ugh.
Lina and Potm should be the only ones ganking, and ganking slardars lane, TH is tooooo slow.

Lich could be replaced with Warlock..

You wrote 5 bans by listing rhasta twice, but I personally am not a fan of Lock. Dazzle can do a good job supporting your rather attack based team. Viper perhaps as a carry...

EDIT: POTM could carry, provided she does not wander, I prefer a wandering VS, but considering the lack of single target disables to kill the swapped target, I guess a ganking PotM is best.

i think cm>lich. lich's standard nuke is quite sucky. cm comes with a disable and an awesome aura for lina. both have devastating ultis. only drawback is that lich will be able to spam a bit more than cm even without the aura and frost armor is decent.

ban: ES for sure, then NA, rhasta, puck

lineup: kinda agree with everyone, skeleton king wont do much, better replace him with initiator, like tidehunter or tree.. lina and lich is awesome together, dont really like sladar in tourney too though, his ulti is kinda useless in team clash. better go for another aoe, magnus or sven is good.
