DaMan's build is pretty much the best. rhasta has a crap HP to sit down like a duck for 4 sec, so having max voodoo fastermakes him more valuable to the team.

as for maxing serpent ward, my ramble is:

rhasta is a hero who is know for "throwing" spells. as soon as he throws all of them, he can be considered useless. useless to keep, useless to aim, but that is not the case. being the weak HP guy also makes him hard to farm, you can guarantee he's your top feeder. so being able to gank/fight and farm in between is highly important; the purpose of having maxed out nukes on AoE heroes, so that you can gank and still farm effectively. if you play enough, you would realize how powerful the serpent's damage are on towers and creeps compared to just heroes. on a hero that is supposed to gank 24/7, having this is a luxury you cant afford to leave

level 2 SW also have higher health. although abysmal, its enough for them to survive more than 1 lvl1 tower hit, and most importantly, creeps

different situation man- rhasta has important skills like hex to max out early game
compared to zeus skills, however i would still level ult, and hope for my team to do the other cc's =). it doesnt rlly make a difference ill say.....

maxing shackles over voodoo is only viable if the other team has no reliable stuns/disables


2 sec+300 dmg nuke is enough

having voodoo-shackle also increases ganking proficiency

Having Voodoo-Shackles calls for a combination gank, where you simply dont have the firepower to gank on your own.. Its also a very offensive strategy not to be recommended to a novice with Rhasta as you are now no longer able to farm and that tends to piss off most players!

see imo viability of hex shackles depends on your teams skill.It does leave you dependent on your teammates but thats ok if your team is good to depend on. generally in a gank its a 2v1 or a 3v2. in such situations having two disables is amazing in that both marks are down for the count. wards just add to the pain and so should be gotten at lvl 11

Well I like ganking an enemy hero myself, especially when playing VS.. But ya not with Rhasta, and not when the chance of a counter-gank is high!

I got voodoo/shackles Best. The fork lightning is basically for ksing. Which I don't do so no point of using it.

not maxing forked is a liability. a nuke is a nuke, and you can use it to farm/get kills. the range is also amazing if you know how to abuse it. if you dislike ksing, use it early in a gank

And Fork loses it's effectiveness later on. Early game is when it is most efficient in terms of farming, ganking, killing.
