Luxury, Yes.
Core, No.

The point is they are already so fragile, I would rather get some stat boosters first. Both Lion and Rhasta have high ranged disables already, so yea IMO its luxury.

Dagger as core for Lion isn't too bad. Lane with carry, whack creep, blink, stun, disable, finger. All while the carry is munching away to glory.

Not core on Rhasta, he already has 2 long disables (3 if you include wards).

Having more disables would make dagger better for SS. The whole point is the suprise. Blinking in from the fog allows for better initiation on the gank or clash and helps you not be focused before you can get in range.

very important item, for lion
phase->dagger= ealry game... u would never die, and have better ganks.
unlike ppl who goes for a dagon lion...
well u can say depend on situation but.. lion has low hp and against a AT, its rlly easy to die wivout hex ealry game.
SS.. i would say no, dunt get it, sceptor + rf is imba,,, well now they increased cd.. but still.. imba.
