That was true as of 6.62 where the death coil range was a reasonable 600 before he reduced it to 300 in 6.63 and now 800 in 6.64, but reducing the range of Aphotic Shield from 800 to 300 seriously reduces his worth as a pure support!
Btw how come no one noticed that broody's webs are now visible in the mini-map? Thats gonna hurt a ganker broody!

Now how about Dark Seer?
This guy's ultimate is a lot better than before. Although you can't have loads of people to confuse enemies, the images are actually quite strong now.
Then there's the new Vampiric Aura. Nearly 30% lifesteal at max level this time!

Really? Man I probably would kill myself if I ever played a pub game! No use of wards, no viewing the mini-map.. The mini-map is one of the best legal "map-hack" trick you can have!
Back on topic: Well 28% life steal still wont make SK a hot pick, and I am still waiting for that technical genius to explain the mechanism of the new Kraken shell to me- Something smells very interesting there!

Nice nerfs and buffs. Huskar's early game was slightly nerfed imo because his lvl 1 spear is weak, so its necessary now to get at least lvl 2 or 3. But mid-game, would be where we wud see his imba buff.
Dirge nerf is meh to me. Hate that hero anyway. He is the reason for most turtle matches.
w00t for Dark Seer's buff and Panda's buff! Altho seer's shell was nerfed, his ulti makes up for it 10x. Panda's ulti is more viable for offensive use now.
OD buff... Meh.. Boring hero to watch so I dno.
Syllabear nerf, w00t! hehehe... stupid bear.
Storm's and SkelKing's buffs are ok, but I still don't think we'll see much of them in competitive games. But I hope I'm wrong, esp for Storm.
Demon's Edge buff is pretty kewl too. Heroes that rush that item (like Clinkz) can now pwn even more, not that they didnt before once they rushed it.
Lastly, I didn't know about Enchantress being able to enchant Primal Split units... Y didn't anyone here notice it?

IMO, OD buff is quite zz. he orbwalks anywyay, so significance for orb walkers is only at armor increase
but the synergy remains for autocast if you get phase since phase buff isnt removed when auto casting, but it is when orb walkng

I don't think people ever tried to use Enchant on Primal Split since a lot of people assume the pandas are hero units, though in fact they are ordinary summon units of some sort.
Hey what do you guys think about Tide's Kraken Shell change BTW? I'm kinda in between on that, since you can purge lots of buffs while getting chased, though having to take 600 damage is a little big so if you're making a 200 hp escape while loaded with negative buffs, you have to run and face the negative effect of all those buffs while still getting beat up.
Also, what do you think about the fixing of Upheaval?

The Kraken shell to me is a nerf. 600 damage is huge. Wherein before, Shell saves you from Shadow/Viper strike, Doom, etc. much quicker.
Upheaval... Hmmm.. Would a Lothars or Blink dagger be viable for WL now? It wud b kinda hard to cast that since u wud need to be in the middle of the clash for it to take any significant effect.

means that the bonus damage is now no longer static, but a fixed amount instead of %
morph units, heroes that can change form and undergo damage chage/stats change
