Damage: 49 - 56 | HP: 435 | Mana: 338
HP Regen: 0.7 | Mana Regen: 1.05
Attack Speed: 1.5 | Armor: 1

From the Nether Plains, she came. In search of power beyond her wildest dreams. With the sacred teachings of the Nether Mages, she journeys without fear. Her magic can purify an ailing ally. Arcania surrenders their power unto her. She commands and disrupts other spells. No mere magic can dispell her awesome curses and hexes. She stands to fight for the glory that is the Lich King.


Arcane Explosion (C)
A powerful explosion causing all within it to receive damage after several moments. Cast time 1 second. Cast range 600.
Level 1 - Deals 50 initial damage and after 5 seconds deals 75 damage. 300 AOE.
Level 2 - Deals 75 initial damage and after 4.5 seconds deals 125 damage. 300 AOE.
Level 3 - Deals 100 initial damage and after 4 seconds deals 175 damage. 300 AOE.
Level 4 - Deals 125 initial damage and after 3.5 seconds deals 225 damage. 300 AOE.
Deals 20/40/60/80 damage to structures.
Mana Cost: 100/125/140/165
Cooldown: 30
Framework: A dark nether blast with a secondary damage. Icon will show that it is under timed damage.

Dispell (D)
Dispells any negative and positive buff except Repel. All enemies who are around the character when dispelled will receive small damage. Cast time .5 seconds. Cast range 400.
Level 1 - Dispells all buffs. Deals 50 damage around 100 AOE of target.
Level 2 - Dispells all buffs. Deals 75 damage around 100 AOE of target.
Level 3 - Dispells all buffs. Deals 100 damage around 100 AOE of target.
Level 4 - Dispells all buffs. Deals 125 damage around 100 AOE of target.
Mana Cost: 75
Cooldown: 20
Framework: A small explosion around the target and the Linken Sphere animation when target is dispelled.

Nether Spirit (N/A)
Her presence causes all enemy units to fear her and allied units, including herself, to respect her. 200AOE.
Level 1 - Decreases enemies attack by 5% and increases allies attack by 5%.
Level 2 - Decreases enemies attack by 10% and increases allies attack by 10%.
Level 3 - Decreases enemies attack by 15% and increases allies attack by 15%.
Level 4 - Decreases enemies attack by 20% and increases allies attack by 20%.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: A ghost will surround her.

Massive Hex (X)
Her training had been particular with hexes and curses. She now can hex massive armies into submission. Active Spell. Cast time 1 second.
Level 1 - Hex all enemy units for 2 seconds. 200AOE.
Level 2 - Hex all enemy units for 3 seconds. 200AOE.
Level 3 - Hex all enemy units for 4 seconds. 200AOE.
Aghanim's Scepter. Hex all enemy units for 6 seconds. 300AOE.
Mana Cost: 200/300/400/500
Cooldown: 150/120/60/45
Framework: A massive transformation of all enemy units within AOE.

It would be imba since it cools down quickly with scepter... anymoer comments on her skills????

waaaaa cooldown too low... yet it compensates for the little AoE...
but still cooldown too low... dont add more AoE with scepter...
this is just a mere suggestion okay... its up to you to change it...
blink of dagger will come handy on her.. ^,..,^
and anyway... you are such a buzy bee... i mean... keep making dream heroes...

i may just suggest...
massive hex
hex all enemy hero in map, just like zeus, silencer ulti...
and increase the cooldown... make it 150, fixed Bleh!

Nah..... then it ould be an almost exact duplicate of Global Silence..... an AOE massive hex is fyn for me...... this character will be a great supporter during those 5v5 moments.... hahahahaha

Mass Hex area is too small for me, it's like Maledict Area isn't it? Hard to hit even 2 heroes within the small area.
